Kona Hills

Welcome to Kona Hills

Kona Hills is a luxury hillside community in the Kailua-Kona area. It is a low-density neighborhood with 55 homes and about ten undeveloped lots for future builds. Kona Hills is situated at a temperate elevation and sits above Kailua-Kona on the western slope of Hualalai Mountain, making this a popular location.

Beautiful custom homes await you in Kona Hills. Sitting on one-acre lots with gorgeous ocean views, homes in Kona Hills typically sell for between 1.5 - 3.5 million dollars. This price point is well worth it, with such high-end living in a gated community.
